Weather Policy
We operate sunshine or rain. However, in cases of extreme weather or in the event that ATV must cancel for other unforeseen circumstances you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Important: If you choose not to participate due to rain, our standard cancellation policy regarding refunds will be applied. In the event we cancel for extreme weather events, you will receive a full refund.

Required Agreements & Waivers
All guests will be required to sign a Participant Agreement, Release and Assumption of Risk to participate in activities. Parents and legal guardians will be required to sign for minor children. Additionally, UTV Tour drivers will be required to sign a Driver Agreement.
⚠️ Important: If these agreements are not signed, you will not be permitted to participate in your adventure. Choosing not to sign will not be grounds for a refund and our cancellation policy will apply.

Vehicle Damage Waiver
Required for all tours
Vehicle Damage Waiver limits your out-of-pocket costs to deductible+tax for damage to our equipment in the event of an accident.
Damage Waiver is VOID if:
- Damage is a result of reckless driving
- Failure to follow your guide's instructions
- You are found to have ANY alcohol or drugs in your system at the time of damage
Deductible Information:
When you sign an agreement for our guided tours you become a covered driver under our liability insurance subject to all policy terms and conditions. This coverage has a $1,000 deductible per accident so if you are involved in an accident with any other person, vehicle or property you agree to pay us $1,000 at the time of the accident regardless of fault in the accident.

Rules & Requirements
Punctuality:
- If some members of your group are on time, we will take all on-time participants that have properly signed waivers even if the reserving party is not present.
- No refunds will be given for guests that were not on time for their adventure.
Alcohol & Drug Policy:
- Absolutely no alcohol may be brought on your adventure.
- You will not be permitted to participate if your guide believes you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, legal or illegal.
- No refunds will be given if you are unable to participate due to alcohol or drug use.
Guide Instructions:
- Your guide is there to ensure you have a safe adventure.
- You are required to follow all instructions of the guide at all times.
Itinerary Changes:
- Your itinerary is a guide, not a contract.
- The itinerary may be changed at any time before or during your adventure.
- Changes to the itinerary are not grounds for a refund.
Refund Processing:
- Any applicable refunds due are refunded to the party that made the original reservation.
